A question I get asked a lot is about the use of celebrities in CaratLane.

There are two types of celebrities that we use in CaratLane.

Today, I am going to tell you about one of them.

This is the set of celebrities that inaugurate CaratLane stores.

Store openings are a very big deal. The awareness it creates sets the tone for the success of the store. So we have to use very very special celebrities for this purpose.

There is only type which meets our criteria.

Our CUSTOMERS.

Almost all CaratLane stores are inaugurated by customers.

Because the most IMPORTANT person who visits a store is a CUSTOMER.

You can’t build customer centricity by talking about it. You have to show it in all your actions. Like the store openings. That the customer is really the KING. Or in the case of CaratLane, the QUEEN.
